We had a great one night stay at this hotel in Amman. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Our favourite part was the spa! We were so excited to visit, we were offered the full Turkish hamman on the spot with 20% off too. The hammam was an amazing experience with very talented ladies. Amazing massage too. You simply must try the hammam when visiting this hotel, the price is very reasonable! Breakfast was a good selection and beds comfy.

It’s the worst Hotel in Amman Not 5* star at All, don’t be surprised when you see the system in the hotel every one will give you instructions, No parking in the hotel, The breakfast in the hotel very limited also the coffee very bad , the worker “Exploiters” The carpet very smelly

I stayed at the Thousand Nights hotel for one night as a solo female traveler and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a great sleep. Great shower and bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the housekeeper who ran after me with my toothbrush after I clumsily left it in the hotel room after check out. I would happily return.

Amazing, kind staff. I was traveling with my elderly parents on a tour and one of them became ill so had to return to Amman for 5 nights before could fly home and were lucky to stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is a cafe on site that was reasonably priced and had good food with a nice menu. The onsite restaurant was never open while we were there. There was a Turkish bath on site that I, unfortunately, did not have the chance to use. The staff was helpful in getting us in a taxi to the hospital to seek care for my father when needed. Front staff had ok English with the exception of one woman, who I wish I had gotten her name (red head :) as she had excellent English and was very helpful to us the whole stay. Thanks for making our unintended stay in Jordan a little more pleasant.

Pleasant from inside, Dangerous from outside

Pleasant hotel, nice staff, moderate rooms, nice bathrooms. Dangerous from outside, there are lot of beggars, thugs, burglars and evil people will be waiting for you at the hotel main entrance, i have complained to the reception several times, because those thugs harassed me each and every time i go in and out of the Hotel, yes Sir... you've heard me right... i've been harassed by those thugs each and every time i get in and out of the hotel main entrance, so i have complained 2 times to the reception, and guess what... the thugs became more aggressive and they started to follow me to my car and catch the door with their hand till i give them money, but i didn't give them anything, then one of them harassed me in an aggressive way, so i wanted to catch him and call the police, and guess what.... he ran to the hotel security to protect him from me, so i complained again to the Hotel reception, and guess what... the receptionist asked me about my room number and started to check if there is any outstanding bill on me 🤔, so i understand that these burglars, thugs and beggars are evil gangs protected by the hotel security and may be by some of the staff. I am sure that the Hotel owner and the nearby restaurant Abu Jbara owner do not know what their security guards and some of their staff are doing, and i am confident that they will not accept that and will take serious actions to stop these gangs and whoever is supporting them from there own staff and security guards. i hope my messge to reach out to the owner of the Hotel Thousands Nights and the owner of Abu Jbarah restaurant in Al Madinah Al Monawarah Street in Amman. Note: the thugs had scratched my rented car. Thanks god they did not steal it or burn it
